Our offered system collects data from the machines connected to it, such as: current product type, product counter, machine status represented by the number of operations performed, stoppages, incidents, external halts, and it stores them in its database. The minimum time for recorded events is 1 second.

To ensure proper connection and data collection from a machine, individual adjustment of the controller’s software is required. If the machine was manufactured by SMF, this adjustment is provided free of charge by our programmers. The system can operate with a single machine, but the best solution is to connect all machines in the production line.

Based on the collected data, the Galileo system generates a dashboard and sends current information online. Galileo allows the configuration of any type of report, either automated or on demand — by Shift/Day/Week/Month. The system automatically generates reports and sends them via email. All information can be presented in the form of tables or clear charts and diagrams. The system is continuously being improved and can include custom solutions tailored to the client’s specific needs.
