EXACTA-5000 ESL series packaging machine is an universal packaging machine for milk pasteurized milk products, like liquid milk and sour milk products.
EXACTA-5000 ESL is a double line machine which is designed for filling and packaging of liquid and viscous dairy products into pillow bag.
The machine allows you to work as with films with phototag, as well as without it.
This machine belongs to a new generation of packaging machines and provides uninterrupted and reliable operation.
There are two independent sections in the machine (one of them can work when second one is turned off).

Unit Description
Standard Construction
- All structural elements are mounted on a single frame made of AISI 304 stainless steel. All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316 L stainless steel.
- External panels are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
- The bagging and filling areas are covered with plexiglass doors, which gives full visual control.
Knots and mechanisms
- The unwinding of the film is provided by a rubberized motor-driven roller, and is controlled by inductive sensors.
- Individual film feed servo motor for each sleeve. Designed to control the number of revolutions of the feed rollers by means of a programmable logic controller.
- UV lamp on each sleeve for film processing.
- Flow meter with 2 valves.
