About CL200 machine
CL200 is a 2 -cavity, linear, automatic blow moulding machine with nominal working speed 2000 bph of 500ml . CL can produce bottles from 200ml up to 2.5l. Machine has very compact size and can be easily fit in very limited space. Ready bottles are discharged in upright position. All main operations such as preforms loading, movements of the closing unit and stretch rods are made by FESTO pneumatic cylinders.
Preform transportation system in heating module is based on belts which are holding & moving preforms by necks.
