The bottles are fed into the packing machine using conveyors[1]. Then, with the help of a separator and movable rods, they are placed in the desired arrangement – a sealing format [2]. The bottles are transported through the machine in a way that allows them to be covered with film. A film is applied to the grouped bottles [4]. The film is cut[3] to the appropriate size and wraps around the bottles to form an overlap. The package of bottles is transported to an oven [5], where the film is sealed. At this stage, the shrink film is heated, causing it to narrow and adhere thoroughly to the surface of the bottles. Sealing is followed by cooling [6] so that the sleeves hold their form and become permanent. Bottles secured in this way are ready for further transport [7].
