EXACTA-5000 ESL is a double-line machine designed for filling and packaging liquid and viscous dairy products into pillow-type bags.
The machine contains two independent sections (one can operate while the other is turned off).

Designed in accordance with the specific process of our customers, they can operate in automatic or semi-automatic modes. During the design phase, we tailor the solution to the customer’s technological requirements and available facility space.

We manufacture both fully automated and manually operated CIP stations for cleaning process lines
A semi-automatic CIP station consists of: one storage tank, one circulation tank,
a circulation pump, a heat exchanger adapted for steam or hot water heating.
Depending on the chosen cleaning technology,
a cleaning solution is prepared in the storage tank.
The circulation pump draws the cleaning agent from the storage tank,
passes it through the heat exchanger into the object being cleaned,
and the return flow is directed to the operational tank.
Once a certain liquid level is reached, further intake from the storage tank stops,
and the CIP circuit is closed for recirculation.
Saturator
A device used to saturate a product (e.g., mineral water) with CO2 gas. The machine is fully automatic. The saturator’s capacity depends on line requirements.

In the pressure tank, incoming water is distributed over cooling plates and flows down in a thin film by gravity. During this process, CO₂ is absorbed into the water.
With a constant plate surface area, a stable water inflow (determining film thickness), and a constant temperature (via glycol cooler), the CO₂ saturation level depends only on the CO₂ pressure in the tank.
Higher CO₂ pressure increases the saturation level of the carbonated water.
The second tank is used to remove air from the incoming water and for pre-saturation using exhaust gas from the pressure tank.
The water treatment station is used for purifying and disinfecting raw water drawn from a source to make it safe for consumption.
This process removes biological and chemical contaminants to achieve desired water parameters.
The water is stored in tanks and undergoes UV disinfection.
A circulation pump maintains flow, and pressure is increased using a booster set.
Treated water is then supplied to the production line.
